I am a official member of Prairieland A.B.A.T.E Committee working on the program called Christmas in October for the Salvation Army Christmas drive, all proceeds goes to Salvation Army to help families in our community at Christmas time. We are contacting everyone in our community and beyond for donations whether it is cash, merchandise or both and whether it is business or personal. All merchandise will be auctioned off in our benefit we are presenting on October 16th 2010 at the AIW Hall 2882 Dineen Str. Decatur IL. The amount we raise will go toward purchase of toys, gloves, hat and scarf’s for the children in our community.
Donations of $100.00 or more will have your name or logo added to our annual event t-shirt. T-shirts can be purchase at a cost (all proceeds of them go toward Christmas toys too).
